McConnell and Eve Sawicki discussed the upcoming  business resource meetings.  July  18that
Pinellas Realtor Organization Joanne Sloan will teach a class on negotiating.
This one day class is $99, lunch included, and you can earn 7 continuing
education credits. The class also counts as credit for ABR and towards PMN
(Perfromance management network).

Andrew Deitch with Bank of America has an upcoming event.  Debra Jones ‘Street Savvy Selling’ will be on July
21st and is a free event. The class will be from 9:30 – 1:30 at the

The URBN Pitch on Thursday June 23 was
a huge success. Our crowd continues to grow and the information shared is more
and more valuable to help our Realtors & Affiliates grow their business.
The purpose of this network is to help local real estate agents sell more
properties by connecting buyer needs with the right property listing.

Buyer Needs:

Karen Lucas of Keller Williams Realty St. Pete has
a Buyer need in the Park Street\Tyrone Blvd area. First time home buyers
